Infrastructure Services (IS) is a strategic business unit that provides IT infrastructure solutions and services for internal Computer Horizons requirements and for global customers. The IS group has evolved over the last three decades supporting Computer Horizons' IT Infrastructure spread across more than 50 locations in India. It also supports the Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) of its client base in India and across several international Global Delivery Centers (GDCs). IS covers various technology areas including, but not limited to, Data Center management, Communication, Server Consolidation, Desktop services, Facilities Management, Help Desk, Disaster Recovery and Enterprise System Management.

 The pillars of ITIS Practice are:

ITIL Framework - Has adopted ITIL, the industry standard process framework, and builds world-class competencies to address the need of the customer.

Remotely Managed Services - Offers services to clients from multiple Global Delivery Centers across the world.

Cost Optimization - Improves productivity and operational efficiency to optimize total cost of ownership.

Shared Services Model - Optimizes utilization of resource to bring in higher value to clients.

Alliances and Partnerships - Builds alliances and partnerships to provide complete range of solution to clients.

Infrastructure Solution Centers (ISC) - A consolidated infrastructure delivery center to give client a single window views to all Computer Horizons infrastructure offerings. These centers will typically have client service centers, shared service centers, labs and demo centers for CoEs and alliances. All these centers will be ITIL compliant.

SLA-Based offerings - Service Level Agreement (SLA) to provide predictability and control mechanism to clients.

Centers of Excellence - Through these global centers, our expert consultants develop and deliver comprehensive service-based solutions that address all aspects of the clients' pain areas.
